King Mountain Run & Overnight

King Mountain is about 80-90 miles north on the Glen Highway. There is a stop in Palmer for gas. The lodge is beautifully located near a river. The road is usually fairly well maintained, but there are areas of twisties, sometimes broken pieces of pavement, particularly along the edge of the road, and the possibility of rocks or sand on the road. There are cabins and camping if you wish to stay the night.
